HOW DO I SPLIT THE LINE ITEM COST?
- Click on the split button
2. Select the line that you want to split
3. Enter the number of locations. By default, the system will copy the GL coding used on the line being split. If this is not the desired outcome, the user can un-check the default value. The system will automatically distribute the cost between the number of locations created
4. You can allocate the cost by amount OR
5. You can allocate the cost by percentage
6. Once the additional locations are created, click the coding button to code each line as needed. Users can modify specific segments as needed
- Once the selection is complete, click validate
- Click save
7. Once you are done working with the splits, click the save button

Once the line items have been added and coded, click save. Saving the PO will allow you to see the default approval workflow
