Please follow these steps in order to reset your password in ALTO Exchange:


1. Go to ALTO Exchange 


2. Within the login screen, click "reset password"




3. Enter the username and email address associated with your account and click "Send"


4. A message displaying "Password reset successfully" will display at the right bottom of the window.


5. You will receive a system-generated email from the  "AltoSuite ICG Team <AltoSuite@icgteam.com>" e-mail account providing you with a temporary password to access the application.


NOTE:

Once you access the system with your temporary password, please go to your profile and change your password
