• Can I add an attachment if I already submitted an invoice?


No.  Attachments can only be added while the invoice is "saved/errors found". Once the invoice is submitted to your customer for processing the invoice is locked down for control purposes



  • What happens if an attachment was missed?  


Send an e-mail to your buyer and ask them to reject the invoice or send them a copy of the invoice for them to attach during the approval process.   If the invoice was already approved, attachments will not be able to be added to the invoice
