ERROR - AN ITEM WITH THIS DESCRIPTION ALREADY EXITS

Items can be searched (if they were previously created) or created on the Fly.  

• When searching for items you can either type the item description and select it once it displays or search for the item using the magnifying glass
  
  

• if you are typing the item on the description field vs. using the magnifying glass, the system will automatically assume that you are creating a new item and the "add to catalogue option" will display.   If the item you entered displays for your selection (see pic below), please select it.  Selecting the item will make the "add to catalogue" disappear.  If you do not select the item previously created, the system will not allow you to duplicate the same item/product description and will give you the error message displayed.
